Playing some of the sports doesn’t require a lot of money. It requires just some… will. Why you decide to play a sport is your choice: maybe seeing someone with a six-pack ab makes you jealous, or maybe not being able to fit into your old jeans that made heads turn when you last wore them, or you just can’t deal with that dull backache or neck ache. All of these are just as good as any reason to give 30 minutes of your 24 hours in a day to a physical activity, whatever that is.
I discovered that walking is the best way to exercise and save money. I realised it when in a taxi, in the hellish traffic of the city, wasting money and precious time, until one day I decided it was about time to give up the car in favour of walking. I wear comfortable but trendy shoes. After 30 minutes of brisk walking I feel better, I breathe better, I am more dynamic and have more energy for daily chores.
Of course, I do not do this aimlessly; I have all the support from research and researchers all around the world who, through the information provided, convinced me that walking helps me develop a strong heart, and a low risk of cancer and diabetes, to avoid the danger of osteoporosis, to control my weight and have stronger muscles in my legs and firmer buttocks. So life goes on, at a fast pace, and I do too!
