The Sovereign Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, Knights of Malta, Federation of the Autonomous Priories is one of the oldest Hospitaller orders, created for helping people in need and to provide health services. The order was created in 1050 and recognized by the Pope in 1113. The order has been helping the ill, the poor and the refugees in 3 continents. In recognition of its merits, the order has now full diplomatic relations and it is officially recognised by several States.
