MediHelp International with the support of the British – Romanian Chamber of Commerce (BRCC) organized on September 26 th 2018 the seminar An Efficient Solution for Employees Motivation: NESAcard. The main topic of the event was the way in which a private health insurance is an efficient solution for a company’s employees motivation strategy.

After the event opening made by Charlie Croker, the BRCC Director, the main presentation was held by Zahal Levy – MediHelp International President and Founder. He elaborated upon the benefits that employees receive through a private health insurance and the way in which the team’s motivation and work efficiency will grow.
The identification of the best employees’ motivation strategies is highly relevant taking into consideration the fact that recent research results have revealed that 8 out of 10 employees are demoted, lacking the passion and desire to reach their full potential. Therefore, the difficult task for managers and entrepreneurs is to discover the conditions they have to meet to make team members reach their professional goals. One of these values is the attention paid to the well-being and health of employees. At an international level, 10% of call center employees are absent each day, and 34% are missing because of health problems. These statistics are worrying because, annually, a company may lose up to 10,000 euro because of a demotivated employee with an increased absence rate.
The event had a numerous audience including entrepreneurs and top management officials from Romanian companies. A raffle was organized at the end of the event based on the people’s business cards. Oxana Rusu and Nirvana Lupascu won a NESAcard – a health insurance plan that includes: 2000 EUR in cash to support any immediate need for help with any medical provider for diagnostics and initial treatment such as: consultations for diagnostics, diagnostics such as CT scans and MRI scans, genomic testing in respect of cancer treatment, hemotherapy, homeopathic consultation, and second opinion and navigation.
